Wow! Providing our DJ services at a Toledo Zoo wedding was an evening to remember. What an AMAZING setting! My DJ partner Rodney and I had a good distance to drive while we made the trip to Ohio in the extremely high winds, rain and even hail.

While driving we really hoped that the weather cleared up before the wedding. We wanted our lovely bride and groom to make the most out of their photography session while outdoors at this very special venue.

Perfect Weather Arrives!

Well everything could not have worked out any better. Shortly before the cocktail hour started, the winds calmed and so did the rain and hail. It made for a perfect fall environment for this lovely rustic and fantasy themed wedding at the Toledo Zoo.

Equipment Ready

It’s also noteworthy that we had more than enough equipment to provide audio in the reception area, connected cocktail hour area and outdoor patio simultaneously. All of these locations were set up with the proper audio equipment before the wedding began.

Let’s Dance!

Once the reception started, we had an absolute blast dancing the night away next to the gorgeous aquarium that spanned the entire length of the reception hall. Furthermore, the room sounded amazing as it was perfectly treated with the proper acoustics.

The Toledo Zoo also had a very good sized dancing area. We had tons of dancers on the dance floor all evening and we needed all the dancing room we could get!

Photo Booth Fun!

The photo booth was also a big hit. In addition, we made sure our photo booth props matched the wedding theme as well.

Everyone also loved leaving messages next to their pictures in our VERY nice photo booth scrapbook. It was truly a magical evening indeed and with that said, our bride and groom couldn’t have picked a better theme and venue for their most special day!
